Version 1.1 · for clubs and organisers running games on TotalFooty
These terms apply to you as an operator (tenant) running games, leagues, training or other activity for your members on TotalFooty. By accepting, you confirm you are authorised to enter into these terms on behalf of your club or group, and that the information you provide about your organisation is accurate.
You are responsible for managing your roster, organisers and the activity you run. You will deal fairly with your members and keep the settings that affect them — pricing, cancellation policy, organiser allowances and discipline rules — accurate and up to date. You are responsible for the conduct of the organisers you appoint.
You set the fees for your games and you must publish a clear cancellation and refund policy, including any cut-off before kick-off and whether refunds stop once teams are selected. You agree to honour the policy you publish and to action refunds where they are due. Comped slots, discounts and weekly caps you grant to organisers will be applied as you configure them.
Funds you collect from players, less any TotalFooty fees and applicable payment-processing costs, are paid out to the verified bank account you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those bank details. You authorise TotalFooty to deduct its agreed fees and to withhold payout where there is a genuine dispute, suspected fraud, or a breach of these terms. You are responsible for your own tax and accounting obligations.
TotalFooty may issue you periodic invoices summarising, for each of your games in the period, the paid signups, the applicable platform fees and the resulting amount payable, together with any adjustments ("offsets") — credits or charges applied to your account for matters such as refunds handled on your behalf, promotions, corrections or agreed costs. Where TotalFooty collects player payments for you, the net amount after fees and offsets is paid out to you; where you collect payments directly, you agree to pay the invoiced fees net of any offsets. Your current invoice, its per-game breakdown and any offsets are visible to your administrators in your Finance section. You must raise any query or dispute about an invoice line within 14 days of it being made available; settled invoices are otherwise final except in the case of manifest error. TotalFooty may set off amounts you owe against amounts owed to you.
You and TotalFooty each handle members' personal data in connection with the service. You will only use member data to operate your activity, will keep it secure, and will not use it for unrelated purposes or pass it to third parties without a lawful basis. You will comply with applicable data-protection law in respect of your members, and respond to their data requests where you are responsible for doing so.
You are responsible for providing a safe, respectful environment for your members, including any safeguarding obligations that apply where minors or vulnerable adults take part. You will ensure venues and activity are appropriate and that you hold any insurance, permissions or qualifications the law or your venue requires.
You will use TotalFooty only for legitimate grassroots football activity, will not misuse the platform or its messaging features, and will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other tenants' data.
TotalFooty may suspend or terminate operator access where these terms are breached — for example non-payment of fees, failure to honour published refund policies, or conduct that puts members at risk. On termination, sums properly owed between the parties remain payable, and you will deal fairly with any outstanding obligations to your members.
TotalFooty provides the platform on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, TotalFooty is not liable for losses arising from your operation of your activity, from member conduct, or from matters within your control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
